    Hey guys

Just need some advice/opinions really. Sorry for the long post that I'm about to post

I'm currently learning to drive, and my instructor is leaving the driving school that I'm with as he's got a new job. He gave me the option to either stay with the driving school I'm with, but he couldn't guarantee that I'd get a regular slot with another instructor at the moment as the driving school is busy or look for another instructor. So I decided to look for another instructor as I want to have regular driving lessons as I'm keen to pass by the summer (at least anyway ).

So do you think it would be appropriate to explain my situation to a potential instructor or not? I'm thinking of explaining my situation but I'm not sure if it would be appropriate or not :/ thanks

I don't think it will matter too much. The new instructor will want to know where you are and what you've done so far but I don't think they'll be too worried about why you're looking for a new instructor!!

    Hi,

Any new instructor should ask you about your situation anyway and would really appreciate knowing what has happened. It would be appropriate and even desirable from the instructor's point of view. I'd certainly appreciate it.
