I have four library books overdue. I've lost one of them.

This is at my local library. They've been overdue for so long, I think I'll get charged like 30 quid. But I feel so guilty, I can't get them out of my head.

    What shall I do?

Be a good little human and pay the fine. :yep:

How do you lose a book anyway? It hardly moves around a lot. Like, you can take it for a walk in the park and it won't bugger off at all.

Pay the fine and/or return the books, then move on with your life

Just pay the money, accept the fact that you lost the books... is what I would say if I was moist. NAH MAN, punch the librarian straight in the nose and bust out.

Haha, turn into wood. They'll probably use me to make a book as punishment.

All public libraries have a maximum fine, mine is £5.22. They'll charge you for the book you've lost, ask them if they will allow you to buy a replacement from Amazon if it cheaper than what they charge.
