Went for an interview a few weeks ago to work with Lloyds TSB, thought I done really well in the interview.... The following day got a phone call saying 'well done you have now have a reserve position with us'... I felt quite deceived as not once within the recruitment process was this mentioned, however I understand these things can happen, and would have appreciated it more if we were made aware and explained in detail... Is this common in major companies or has this happened with anyone else? The reason it happened was because I was too late in applying, but every day now feels like purgatory waiting to hear back if I got the job or not.... its murder.
