Does anyone have any opinions on which university is better?

I've gotten into the ESADE MSc Entrepreneurship + CEMS, and the Bocconi EMIT.

    Advice would be really appreciated!

You need to provide more information regarding your aims after graduation (e.g. IBD or Consulting, etc...)

I want to work in strategic consulting for a few years. I'd like to try opening a business / make a startup after that.

It's worth noting I am Peruvian so I speak fluent spanish. However I think I would hate to work in Spain. I'm also half Italian so I'm interested in exploring my Italian side and learning the language.

Also worth noting the CEMS MiM program in ESADE , I think, is probably more renowned (and selective?) than the Bocconi EMIT.

I would love some opinions between the two schools, as my deposit deadline for Bocconi is due very soon.
