Weight gain.

I am a very thin person who cannot gain weight no matter how much I try.

Eat more. Lift weights.

Well for me it's reps above 15.


For others it is things like running, rowing, swimming, cycling. etc etc etc.
Write down what you eat on an average day. Google the nutritional values, add up all the calories. Now add another 500 calories. Now eat that many calories EVERY day. Weigh yourself first thing every Monday morning. If your weight isn't going up, add in more calories.

Btw, if you're naturally skinny then you're not gonna look good for gaining weight. You'll probably still have skinny arms and legs and just get a belly, not a good look. Lifting weights = weight gain that actually looks good.

16 Year old boy who was quite active but stopped all of that and started following this plan after weight dropped to just 42kg at a height of 170cm. Am now 53kg seven weeks later.



Breakfast - 2 Slices of Toast with Jam and Butter - 350 Calories
200ml Orange Juice - 100 Calories
Bowl of Cereal with 250ml Milk - 500 Calories

Morning Snack - Flapjack or Cereal Bar - 150 Calories
Piece of Fruit - 100 Calories
Chocolate Bar - 250 Calories
250ml Hot Chocolate - 200 Calories

Lunch - Sandwich with protein filling - 450 Calories
Cake with yoghurt/custard - 500 Calories
250ml Apple Juice - 150 Calories

Afternoon Snack - Chocolate Bar - 250 Calories
250ml Hot Chocolate - 200 Calories

Dinner - Protein source with all trimmings - 300 Calories
Bread/Rice/Potatoes/Pasta etc - 600 Calories
Vegetables - 100 Calories
250ml Orange Juice - 150 Calories
Cake with custard/yoghurt - 500 Calories

Evening Snack - 2 Slices of toast with Jam and Butter - 350 Calories
250ml Hot Chocolate - 200 Calories

eat more calories than your body burns proteins and eat a lots of carbs fat.
