So, was just wondering what stuff i need to mention in the essay - Importance of Shape in Biology. Do i just talk about proteins, DNA, Antigens (etc)? It doesnt specify its about shapes fitting together, so we can talk about how, in general, shape affects things, like surface area?

Yeah, I'd talk about the shape of proteins - they are coded for in a very specific way to allow them to form a very specific shape, so explaining how and why shape matters within proteins would be good. Shape could also mean surface area - SA is vital within Biology, as well as the SA:V ratio of an organism or an organ. You could also talk about shape in regards to enzymes, and how the specific shape of their active sites determines which substrates may bind with them during reactions etc. etc.
It's quite a broad question, so you could talk about any of the things you have mentioned with tremendous detail.
