Help please for unit 4, jan 04 paper.

The binary button 1011 0111 0110 can be interpreted in a number of different ways.

State is value in denary if it represents an unsigned fixed point number with four bits after the bunary point.
four bits after binary point:

10110111.0110

portion after decimal point:

.0110 = 1/4 + 1/8 = 0.375

before decimal point:
10110111 = 1 + 2 + 4 + 16 + 32 + 128 = 183

183 + 0.375 = 183.375???
