So I'm a 5ft 11 guy, I weigh 11 and a half stone and I appear to be pretty skinny (ignoring my massive nipples). No matter what I do, I don't seem to be loosing any of my chest fat nor am I gaining much muscle. My regime is as follows:

    Monday: 45 minutes basketball
Tuesday: 1 hour 30 minutes karate
Wednesday: 1 hour 30 minutes swimming
Thursday: 1 hour 30 minutes karate
    Friday: Rest
    Saturday: 30 minute run
    Sunday: Rest

I'm eating pretty healthily. No desserts, crisps, chips or red meat. I even tried a low Gluten, low Sodium diet but that seemed to do **** all.

You're exercise regime has a lot of cardio in it.
Maybe start drinking protein shakes + adding weight training?

When did you start this exercise regime?

How many calories are you eating a day?

What did you weigh at the start of your program?

    What do you weigh now?

    Snack: Apple
    Dinner: Chicken Kiev

    Breakfast: Toast
    Lunch: Cheese Sandwich
    Snack: Apple
    Dinner: Chickpea curry

    Breakfast: Wheetabix
    Lunch: Chicken Sandwich
    Snack: Hummus and Carrots
    Dinner: Salmon Teriaki

If I do weights it'll only be dumbells as I don't want to do my back in. I'll have a go doing exercises like situps?

You won't do your back in so long as you don't go doing stupid ****. I've seen far more people give themselves injuries (not just sprained ankles and broken toes) doing martial arts than lifting.

You need to get more on it with your diet. Use a tracker for a week, work out what your average calories is, tweak according to goal. If you have no idea what I'm talking about read the FAQ
