So I this is my first month taking birth control and I'm currently on day 3 about to take day 4 of my sugar pills tonight but I haven't started my period/withdrawal bleeding yet. I started taking this pack the first day of my period because that happened to be a sunday and it lined up perfectly with my pack. I'm getting worried because my boyfriend and I have had unprotected sex many times this month. We did wait over a week once I started taking the pills before we did anything just to make sure it was properly working, I have also taken my pills at the same time every night and haven't missed one. Is it normal for me not to bleed during the sugar pills since this is the first month I am taking them?

Yes, it usually happens 'around now' rather than earlier, but it varies a lot, especially when starting them.
