Whenever I use a condom with sex it's fine at first (completely ok if it's a quickie haha) but after a while I get a burning/frictiony unpleasant sensation around the entrance of my vagina. I originally put this down to simple friction however I feel as if it's getting worse (burning comes a lot sooner) if I use a condom now and they make sex too uncomfortable to carry on with, I have to stop and just touch him instead.
So the other day I had the first lab practical at uni and had to wear latex gloves. Afterwards I noticed a slight rash on my knuckles. The day after the rash was all over the back of my hands, and felt like an unpleasant burning sensation. It has mostly gone now but it's made me seriously think that I have a latex allergy.

So are these the typical symptoms?

Certainly something to talk about with a GP.

I'd switch to non-latex condoms and talk to the department about alternatives to latex gloves - you won't be the first person with an issue.

You may be allergic to latex and this mey be what is causing your pain try and but some latex free condoms and the pain may seem to go away on its own. also try lube to well it does what it says ont he tin lubricate the penis or vagina to make entry more pleasant.
