what gcse options should i take if i want to be an accountant? watch

    • Thread Starter

i'm in year 9 and I want to be an accountant. What should I take for my options?

    maths furthermaths economics business etc.

if u wanna go to uni, then GCSE's dont matter that much (at least for my year, 2 years ago) but i think they may have changed it for your year so your predicted grades are based on GCSE's and not AS levels?

anyway ignoring that, i would just go for a general spread like if u get 3 choices and 7 compulsory i would have the 3 as either history geography economics or further maths but depends on weather your school offers the last 2

It doesn't matter too much, but relevant ones would be further maths, economics and business studies (depending on what your school offers). That should give you a good grounding for studying accounting in the future.
