I want to apply for English and Creative Writing and English and American Studies both at Manchester because I'm not sure which one I want to study yet, does it matter? Will it cause the admission tutors confusion? Thanks

You will struggle to write a PS for all three and convince admissions officers that that's what you want to study. Pick one and focus on it.

No, this is absolutely fine! You can apply to both and your application to each course will be looked at separately, as far as I know!

You can but there's usually no point.

If you're applying within a single department then switching from one minor to another should be something they can handle without wasting an entire choice on UCAS.
