This must be a different exam board to mine (Edexcel), but I can give you a general idea. Split the description and evaluation, so each is worth 8 marks. Write 8 points describing SLT including observation and imitation, role models, characteristics of the role models, consequences for behaviour, vicarious reinforcement, lack of vicarious punishment, all of that stuff.

In the evaluation, include some research (i.e. Bandura, Charlton etc.) but make sure to compare with another theory (i.e. classical conditioning, operant conditioning)

Describe the main points of the SLT (Created by Bandura, modelling, imitation, vicarious reinforcement etc) (AO1)
Evaluate SLT - pro's of SLT, cons of SLT, ethics, (AO3)

Comparison to another approach - I'm not sure what paper you're doing so it may want you to compare to another approach as in biological/psychodynamic theories of learning, or other behavioural theories to learning, in which case you'd include Classical/Operant conditioning (what are they, pro's and cons, evaluate)
