Like how people take the open university, there are so many places and I don't know which ones are reputable. I only know of Open Study College or Cloud Learn but don't know how to find out if they are legit. I asked to be external candidate at the only school near to me but they denied since I completed my A Levels there already.

If you are happy to teach yourself from books and online resources then there is no need to pay for a distance learning course - very few of these help to find you a centre where you can take the exams anyway. You just need to find an exam centre (=any secondary school or college) willing to accept you as a private candidate. You pay them and they enter you for the exams.
