Recruiting for postgrad study: Lived experience of binge eating as occupation watch

    • Thread Starter

Hello, my name is Kristelle Craven. I am training to be an occupational therapist at Leeds Beckett University and am currently recruiting for participants to take part in my study on Binge Eating Disorder.

The study aims to explore experiences of binge eating among individuals with Binge Eating Disorder, with a specific focus on what binge eating means to them, why they think they do it, and if- and how they think it might influence their health and wellbeing. Taking part would involve an interview about your lived experience of binge eating. The interview would last approximately 60 minutes. You would be able to choose whether to take part in the interview via Skype/telephone, or face-to-face in Leeds city centre.

If you are interested in taking part or have any questions about the study, please contact me at: [email protected] ac.uk.
Have you ever experienced racism/sexism at uni?
