Should I continue on my MSci at Queen's University Belfast, or aim for a 1st and apply to Oxford for Scientific Computing? I'm currently averaging around 70-80% and feel that I would enjoy the Oxford program more (should I even have a chance at even getting in).

    I could either:

    1. Keep on the MSci and then apply to the masters program
    2. Drop to BSc and apply to masters

How will you fund the MSc? The MSci is fully covered by Student Finance. I think Oxford have scholarships but worth checking the situation out.

If you can get MSc funding, and get accepted, then why wouldn't you go for it...
