read the sticky thread, business administration, management and management science are all a bit different. Check if it's a BSc or BA as well.

Management is a more 'academic' degree and business is a more 'technical' degree. If you already have some work experience management is good because you learn about strategy and psychology and stuff but if you haven't been working then business is good for getting skills.
