Hey! I am 14 (girl) and I do a lot of running (4x a week) and I also go to the gym and do squats, lunges, planks and other stuff. I want to get into weightlifting because I heard its really good for your body and I also want to get leaner. ANy advice on how to get more lean, strong and toned. I'm up for most things by the way!

I would stick with the cardio for now, miss. That's really good for your development. There's plenty of time for weight training later when you're a bit more developed.
You can do some HIIT to give you a more intense training regime.
