Basically i'm making a simple pendulum and i'm using power packs in the toolbox section (at school using visual basic 2010 something edition xD) to display and manipulate the pendulum. At home though I have visual basic 2015 and powerpacks isn't something installed. It made me wonder if i'm allowed to use resources such as powerpacks which not all visual basic softwares have or is it not allowed?
