A level choices
Hi, I need to pick my A level choices soon and I'm going to pick all three sciences but I don't know what to do for the 4th A level? Philosophy, psycology, sociology or english literature? Which one is the easiest? Which one do top universities prefer when applying for medicine? Help!

The medicine A-Level requirements can be found here.
Since taking all three sciences for full A-Level makes you eligible to apply everywhere, your AS grade matters more than the subject. I would therefore recommend taking the subject that you feel you would enjoy most, or that you're likely to get a higher grade in. People will have differing opinions about which is easiest.
