I have a work colleague who is getting cheated on by his partner... watch

Basically, I have a work colleague, whom I've known for under a year. He is very '****-sure' of himself- loves himself. However, as much as this irritates me, he is actually/can be- a nice guy. I get along with him, and he has this slight geeky side. Other than this, the majority of the time he is immature.

He is a pretty good looking guy, has a very trendy appearance and the like. He has a partner with whom he has been with for sometime, and she is much older with a child. The thing is, she seems like a really sweet sincere girl, he spoils her and takes her away, he is (despite his arrogant demeanour) a real sweetheart to her.

All this considered, I heard she is cheating on him with some other guy who is connected to another colleague of mine. I'm not even sure he'd be bothered if I told him, they seem to both be very casual people. I think they are exclusive, but they are both very relaxed- yet serious.

Bottomline is- I feel dreadful for him. I don't know him so well enough to just come out with it. The cruel thing is, some of my other work colleagues are poking fun at him for it. Because they think he is a D**k and he deserves it. But I don't think anyone deserves it- irrespective.

I wouldn't like it if it was me. Be the last one to know and all. I think its wrong. She seems a lovely girl, but clearly shes playing away.

It makes me wonder about my missus, as me and her have a similar dynamic at the moment. His girlfriend has similar sorts of responses.

    What would you all do??

Just tell him - doesn't matter if you're not close enough
but make sure to let him know that you HEARD this so it COULD just be a rumour
