Muslims - in which direction how would an astronaut pray?

Prayer is one of the Five Pillars of Islam, so this is obviously not an academic question but an important one for any observant Muslim astronauts.

How would you decide when to pray, and how would you face Mecca?

Also how would Ramadan work? If you were in a space station orbiting the planet you would be outside sunrise and sunset anywhere on earth?
