Can you try to distract him for a while? Then, steal his phone and delete the video and pictures. Hehe. Just a silly opinion though.
Hes got it on his Mac in some folder.
I've had the chance to delete whatever I could find a few months back on his Mac. But that was backed up convos , a few photos . But there's way more to it that I couldn't find .

I'm not entirely sure about that. I don't want my mum knowing :/
You wouldn't need to make your mum aware unless you were under 16, she would not find out unless you told her. If you are under 16 then this issue is far more severe and definitely needs to be taken to the police and your parents!

Talk to him. If he refuses, go to the police. Those videos and pics might fall into the wrong hand. Even if you smash his phones, he might have stored them somewhere else.

You had better act fast before you get 'popular'. I would inform the police if he refuses. You don't want you mum to find out the hard way.

If all fails.you might wanna give somebody a contract. He will give you even his baby pictures and videos when he is squeezed very lightly.

Tell him that you can take this to the authorities. He needs to have consent to keep private things of you. Scare him, and he'll delete it.

But just be careful - because he could just say he has deleted and then still hasn't.

Okay so we were together for 2 years, our families sort of approved of our relationship. We're Indian so I actually took the relationship quite seriously in terms of getting married in the future.

He has pictures of us in bed and a video of us 'sleeping' together .
Although he has promised to never leak it out, I don't understand why he will not delete it. He says its memories ?! And therefore wants to keep everything.
But what do I do? I mean I have decided to cut contact with him as he always puts me down and then tries to make it up by saying I love you. He does this thing where he gets back into my head and ruins everything again.

I just randomly woke up this morning thinking about it .

Please no one judge me . I genuinely cared for this guy. I loved him a lot. And I still do. But he's literally a psycho
I'm sorry to hear what you're going through. Is there any way you can get hold of his phone while he's not looking? Revenge porn is a crime now, report him to the police if he threatens to share the videos and if you're not able to snatch his phone.

Edit: just saw the post where you said he has it on his laptop, guess antagonising him will do no good. If he so much as suggests he will leak the videos then remind him that it is illegal and you'll get him imprisoned.

Weird on why you would want to keep things of your ex, its not exactly happy memories!
Try talking to one of his family members, they might be kind enough to help you

His probaly useing it as jerk off material.

Are you in the UK - it is illegal to black mail someone with a video like this - so if he does try to use it against you, sell it, show it on facebook just go to the police.

Also try not to let it stress you, everyone has sex, big deal.

That's true . I think I'm just gonna cut him off completely . I've blocked him off everywhere but he continues to call me off no caller id.

Quite frankly, it's not his decision, so let him know, you're not asking, you're TELLING.

Citizens advice perhaps might be able to send him a strongly worded letter.
