    Hi,

So, I an hoping some people will give me their objective opinion on if they think I could get into cambrduge to study philosophy. My GCSE's are quite low, but my A levels are predicted high. I have a huge amount of extra-curricular activities and subject awards. Plus, my personal tutor is helping me with my personal statement.

    My GCSEs:

    English: B
    Maths: B
    Science: C
    Religious Studies: A*
    Spanish: C
    Business Studies: A*

(I did have medical issues during high school which contributed to my grades).

    AS:

    English: A
    Philosophy: A
    Economics: A
    Psychology: A

Do you think I have a chance?

    Thanks.

Of course. Your GCSEs are not enormously important, and will be even less important in the face of more recent attainment.

Thank you! I didn't think I had a chance. I'm going to a UCAS conference in a few weeks, so hopefully I'll get their opinion too. Thanks for the quick reply.
