    Just curious.
Odds are she is ****ing someone else. Man up,do what you want and stop asking student forums as to what is acceptable and what isn't- your life, your ****, your choices.

If phone sex (the idea sounds rather bizarre to me, but wtv...) is cheating then is watching porn also cheating?

No, as it is not an actual sexual act.
People should just learn to grow up
The classification of the act itself is irrelevant, what matters is that you're breaking the trust of someone you've agreed to he exclusive to, and that usually means that you're not going to actively pursue anyone romantically, physically or emotionally, unless you agreed otherwise before hand

To be a grown up means you have that conversation with her, unless you're cool with them having phone sex?

Your ****, yes. Not your head. People shouldn't think with their penis.

i'd say it depends as in is it a case of you know the person on the other end in which case yes
    but
if it's one of these expensive phone lines in the press or what ever then not really as it's more about the act you're committing in other words say in it cheating is like saying you can cheat with a porno magazine for example

If I punch you with my left hand but I'm right handed, did I still punch you? Doesn't matter how your unfaithful wether it's over the phone, 'just a kiss' or a full blown shagathon your not thinking about the person you should so leave them and stop being a ****

Whether or not it is, you definitely shouldn't do it in a monogamous relationship, just try justifying it to yourself. Pretend you're speaking to a partner who caught you, "It was only phone sex, I didn't cheat". Does that sound like a good enough excuse?
    Touché.

If it's with your concubine, and your issue gets inheritance rites according to your succession laws, then no it's fine.
