So I've been doing small leg and arm exercises for the past month at home to build muscle and gain weight but I've noticed abs forming already. Is that normal? Is there any way of gaining muscle without getting abs? I don't really like the abs that are forming and don't want them growing. What can I do?

Is this for real? Who doesn't want abs?

Abs are more to do with your body fat rather than the exercises your doing, but exercise is going to lower this making abs more visible. You could always just eat more if you really don't want them.

You're more likely losing weight rather than building significant amounts of muscle.

    What are you lifting?

Hahaha. I never thought of that. I think that you just have to tone your muscle and not overuse them.
