    Yeah it is easier said than done. But you have to start doing something. Don't write it off.

    If all else fails. READ. Fact, fiction, whatever. Broaden the horizons in your mind. Read novels and get engrossed in a secondary world. Reading is the cheapest and most accessible form of entertainment.
