    Which one do you think is better? and where will i get more help? and which ranking should i believe?

    p.s: i'm an international student and i will need to take a foundation year in a ISC in one of them, i will need 65% to progress into EEE in Surrey, but i will need 70% to progress into leeds

    1) I would personally choose Leeds, though I do not think it is intrinsically better. Surrey certainly isn't a bad university and I'm sure you would do well at either.
    2) What do you mean by help?
    3) You shouldn't believe any ranking. They are useful as rough guides but certainly shouldn't inform your decision too much.

    By help I mean where the professors would be more willing to help the students understand, and digest the studying materials.

    I see. I've not attended either of these universities so can't offer much advice in that respect other than that both universities are highly likely to offer an adequate amount of support to their students.
