I do like lemon and sugar, but also like blueberry pancakes (blueberry cooked in the batter) topped with chopped banana and honey. Nutella pancakes are always good too.

Maple syrup and a few drops of lemon juice. I'll use nutella instead if I'm feeling super edgy.

It depends on the type of pancake.
For the main three:
10 cm thick: hagel****
18 cm thin: hagel**** or sugar or sugar and lemon juice
22 cm thick: ham or pepperoni, chorizo etc.. -
