Hi, because of the new a level system and specs where exams are at the end of two years, would it be wise do past papers from the old spec since there are no new spec papers. btw i do a level chemistry, maths and biology all aqa.

I think there should be at least one specimen paper for each course on the exam board website?
In any case, the past papers could be helpful if the timings are similar, if the content is the same... You might need to trawl through and see which questions are actually relevant to the new spec and tackle those instead of using valuable time on questions that don't refer to your new course.

Yeah you should be able to use the papers from the old spec as the content is pretty much nearly the same.
