I have been at the company I work at for 8 years. It has been hard graft and I have always worked too hard. I have allowed people to overload me with work and made myself ill many times but still went to work. I was off for 4 days 2 weeks ago which was the first time in 2 years. I had mouth ulcers and fatigue due to stress and people refused to help or support me.

Recently we have had a downsizing restructure, my job got made redundant so I applied and got a new post. The new post is absolute hell and the managers refuse to negotiate the impossible workload. If I leave I would get 13k. Anyone recommend any agencies or how I can get a permanent job? I have been out of the job hunting market for a long time.
