Does eating high calorie food make you happier?

Not sure where to begin and my tutor said he can't tell me anything only guide me if i go completely off-track, have to hand in a plan in 3 weeks.Thank you for taking the time to read this

Do a journal search of previous study on the topic. Decide whether you wish to do a straight replication or a slight variation on the previous research in the area, for example, are different variables or a different method appropriate.

At foundation level are you sure that you are being asked to conduct the research? Or are you being asked to describe how you would?

Do some research - remember to look at neurotransmitters as carbs alter our mood.

AQA Psychology has a module on Eating Disorders, that would be good to read up on.
