    Going to do it in about an hour from when I've posted this. It will last around 15 minutes. Not a competition, just pure fitness for us all to encourage each other.

    The aim of this workout is to improve leg strength and endurance through explosive exercises with rests in between. If you're fitter, you can take less rest or more rest as you need.


    1 minute squats
    30 secs rest
    1 minute squat jumps
    30 secs rest
    1 minute alternate leg thrusts
    30 secs rest
    1 minute wall sit
    30 secs rest
    x2

    Finishing with the "Bring Sally Up" squat challenge, where you go up and down to the song. This is difficult to finish!!

    Hey, what do you mean by '1 minute squats'?

    I know I'm gassed after a set of 12 and need like 3 minutes + rest afterwards, lol.

    Or is the aim to lift very light weight?

    Just bodyweight! No weight at all unless you're feeling adventurous.



    If you find squats difficult try subbing in some of these (H/T Brokenlife) - lunges, bridging and the hip extension bent knee.

    Ah, my bad, I should have noticed.

    Well, I do find them difficult but in a good way, if you know what I mean. They always work my legs and bum very hard. Besides, you can't really increase the weight/progress unless you challenge yourself.

    Anyways, good luck. Always nice to see other people being active.

    The jump squats after the normal squats annihilated me. My jump squats were the same as my normal squats by the end of it :P


    Did anyone manage to do the Sally Squat challenge after all that?

    middle of my work out and then..

    Me: im just doing exercise im okay.

    Just curious what she meant by 'help'.
