Hi basically I've been working at a supermarket for the last month and I came in to work at 6am this morning however the person who was supposed to open the doors to let me in the shop to start the bakery (the store lead) still hasn't come in and it's already been an hour and a half I just wanted to know whether I would still get paid for the hours of waiting and if I have to stay later after my contracted hours to finish up because I have uni to get to so it'll be really annoying ? Because really and truly her being late will mean that I wouldn't be able to finish all my duties on time. My contracted hours are 6am - 1pm.

You should still be paid because you were there on time and it is your contracted hours. However if there is a thing inside where you "Clock on" it might be a different story because the clock would start when you clock on not from when you arrive
Which accompaniment is best?
