I am an NQT that is leaving my current school soon, I have now been asked to write 2 SoW for courses we are already delivering because there will be no specialists delivering it. I have been given a 5 day deadline to have them written and resources provided
Just wanted to know as an NQT whether I should be writing them or at least only writing them up until my finish date.....

I'd say as long as you can also take them with you it's not a bad thing to be doing (in terms of your professional development at the very least).
On the other hand, 5 days seems a bit short and it's also a bit cheeky of them. So 'should' might be another matter.
