I want to apply for biomedical engineering for which the grade requirements are ABB and I'm currently predicted BBC will CUL consider my application?

Not sure if it helps, but I have applied for biomedical engineering with grades ABC (I finished my A-levels in 2014) and I got an offer from them so they obviously do accept below their grade requirements sometimes. Good Luck!

It depends on the competition, too!
If they have hundreds of applicants with predicted grades equal to or above the required grades, you would obviously have less chance. I have lots of friends at UCL, I would encourage you to apply still!!
I'm third year biomedical science.
