I can't stop washing my hands, I worry about getting diseases from toilets, touching things in public, when I eat and drink worrying that my dog will get something and get seriously ill. I keep getting panicked, I have to keep washing my hands and I can't not because the danger feels real. I also keep checking the floor to check that nothing dangerous has fallen out of my bag or anything. I feel so physically ill at the moment. I am waiting to have CBT but I think the waiting list is really long. I just don't know what to do.
