Hey, I want to study psychology at university.

However, I have been rejected by the university I wanted to firm and I am expecting better results that I am predicted. So I have considered to apply through adjusting to good/better universities since the ones I have applied to right now are good/decent universities, however I'd like to apply elsewhere on results day.

    1. I just wanted to know if I can apply to any university through adjustment?
    2. Also how competitive is it?
    3. Can I apply to City University, Southampton, University of Birmingham,Royal Holloway or Queen Mary through adjustment?

I'm an A2 student and I could tell you the answer to these questions

    1. It depends whether they use adjustment/clearing (I only know Oxbridge not to), and how many free spaces they have on the course
    2. Depends how many free spaces they have and how many people apply through adjustment/clearing. As far as I'm aware, adjustment works on a first come first serve basis
    3. Yes
