So, I got 4A*s and 5As at GCSE (I should have gotten 7A*s but my school messed up my coursework) and I am hoping to get into medicine, preferably at a London Uni, I got the highest in my year and only few people got A*s (the school has a 30% A*-C grades), I was wondering how much do Unis adjust to your school.

I think your GCSEs are fine for medicine, I know somebody who got into Birmingham medical school with similar stats to yours. Some Uni's do adjust to your school and may reduce the GCSE threshold required for interview. However, once you get to the interview stage you're on your own and they won't reduce the interview score threshold for an offer. I think the best idea would be to look on the Uni's websites and see what they say about it or perhaps email the admissions tutors?
