    If I am doing foundation and get every single question correct do I get max mark for my ums even if it is foundation? This is edexcel btw

    If the higher tier paper is out of 100 UMS then the foundation tier paper will only be out of 69 UMS - equivalent to a top C grade. So if you get full UMS on the Foundation paper it will be the same as getting 69/100 UMS on the higher tier.
