Just a note: these are engineering disciplines, not sectors. Examples of sectors would be: automotive, defence, marine, energy, etc.

    Hi Christone96

If you're thinking about sectors, then I think we win for the coolest engineering sector as we have our very own Space department!

We recruit engineering apprentices, interns and graduates to come and work on our Space missions - how cool are we!

    Hey!

All sectors can be interesting! Although, I must say, the aerospace sector, just like at Thales , is my favourite.

Civil engineering as it opens doors to a variety of different sectors in my own opinion!

However all engineering sectors are interesting!

I'm doing Aeronautical engineering at the moment at college, hopefully going to an apprenticeship afterwards and I have to say even though you haven't included, Aeronautical engineering is extremely interesting and that is coming from someone who firstly wanted to do Mechanical engineering but due to the higher demand for jobs in the Aerospace Industry, decided to do Aeronautical instead.

    Depends on what you mean?

    1. Sector or Discipline?
    2. In terms of your own interests or in terms of the velocity of developments in the industry?
    3. In terms of how much you have to go into detail?

    Engineering is a VAST field.

Lol he's just asking for the most interesting one out of the list that he's given us. No need to complicate it, chill.

I just suppose, (s)he wants helpful answers, furthermore as Smack stated, the question in itself is not right.

Honestly, not really, I could not give him any helpful advice. But no sense to make a big debate out of it, in that sense you are right.

I would say biomedical engineering because it's kind of a mix of all the other engineerings. But mechanical engineering is the most popular.
