Obviously, it is pretty clear what the best ones are (IHEID, ColEurope, Sciences Po). But what schools would you list as 2nd tier, i.e. good but not great, for an International Relations Master? Ideally in continental Europe (but also in the UK)?

Leiden, Galway, Free University Brussels? What else?

    Thanks for answers!

Leiden is in top 20 in the world for Humanities according to THE, so I would hardly call it second tier! I have many friends who do this course and have gone on to impressive jobs in Europe and elsewhere. Certainly would be a well-recognised degree accepted all over the world.
How are you feeling about your exams?
