So far I have 320 out of the 600 available marks. That includes all my As, and the module 4 exam for A2, aswell as my coursework. I now have two exams left. These are the radioactivity/medical physics (option) and the unifying concepts paper. Am I right in thinking that I need 100 marks from these two papers in order to get a B?, and what grades does this mean I need to get on each of these papers? apparantly the synoptic paper is heavily weighted?
But there aren't 280 marks left. The 320 I have is how many I got out of the tests I have taken so far, including marks that I have dropped. I THINK there are 150 marks left up for grabs in the next two tests but I'm not sure. Thats what I was asking about.
Lol. Check the back of your statement of results it gives you all the boundaries there. 600 marks total, subtract the number marks you could have got in the exams you have sat (bracketed) after the unit title and then thats what left for you to get, over the next two exams.
If in doubt your teacher ought to be willing to explain it to you.
