Extravs

What are extravs all about then? Obviously, I know it's like a great big party and each college has their own, but what kinda stuff is there going on? I've also heard that there are themes and from the looks of the random mysterious posters around Bowland, I think ours is gonna be pirate themed. Anyone else been told much about theirs?

Also, anyone know the dates? Some of my friends are planning on going to a few of them. I know Bowland's and County's are both on 26th June.

Edited to add: after looking at Bowland's website, the theme is 'Bowland is shipwrecked'. Aww...pirates woulda been cool!

fylde's in the 27th! and our theme is space.. cartmel's is hard rock.. no idea on any others. i think they are just basically a chance for everyone to let their hand down post-exams and have a laugh.
as far as i'm aware they're all week..

Furness is the 26th as well! I believe the theme is 'through the looking glass' and we're having a Queen tribute band!

Hopefully it will be good :biggrin:

The only thing i don't understand is apparently anyone from any college can buy tickets...i think the students for each college should get first chance to buy them :smile:

I'll be going to Furness for Queen. Cartmel had the chance to have a Queen night too but people decided against it. PSH I SAY.
