Any ideas? Living away from home over summer

Hey, well I finish uni for summer at the end of June and really don't know what to do. I don't want to live at home this summer because I don't like any of my friends from home. I've grown apart from the people I hung around with at college - they just sit around all day smoking weed and that's not my kinda thing anymore. I know if I'm at home, I'll get bored and end up calling up my old friends, and that wouldn't be good.

I know its too late to apply to work at any kind of 'Camp America' type thing, and the way my finances are at the moment, I could just about afford to live (sharing a house) without necessarily neeing a job at all this summer.

Anyone got any ideas at all? I was thinking of possibly living at uni over summer, but the rent is fairly expensive and it'd probably be hard to find other people who are doing this and make new friends. I've already thought of visiting my uni mates, but that'd only take up a bit of summer, I'm looking for something for 9-12 weeks.
