Ive been training at quite an uncommon event at a sports club for years. My current boyfriend has taught me and been training with me all this time as we train together too. We have only been dating just over a year though and we have had arguments/basically things are not working out. Im worried about my sports though if we break up. I can train on my own but will have to train the exact same day and time as when my boyfriend is down as he opens/locks up etc. how can the no contact thing take place if im going to see him loads. Its just awkward, i dont want to give up the sport. It doesnt bother me that i will see him but he says that he would want me to keep my distance.

Cold turkey is the best way to get over a break up.
