It would depend on what's in the slimming pills. Some of that stuff has some dodgy ingredients.

As for 'clear' then, well, however it takes for said potential substances to leave your system - varies per substance.

However, surely if someone's taking pills that are going to give them a negative medical test result then they, uh... shouldn't be taking the pills in the first place?

If you really need to know, call NHS Direct. However, I'd advise just mentioning it to whoever does your tests. Take the packet with you so they'll know what you've been taking.

Hey, I just meant if the OP needed to know if it would affect their tests. I assumed it was just slimming pills you can buy on the high street. :p:
