    Hi everyone,
I am due to start my a levels in September.
    I will be studying:
    English Literature AS AQA
    Psychology AS OCR
    Sociology AS AQA

I have had to take a year out from studying due to me being very ill however I would like to get a head start on September as I am currently not studying and feeling better. I was wondering whether anyone knows what textbooks I will need for Psychology and Sociology. As I don't really want to ask my college as they might think I'm a bit weird wanting to begin this early.,

    Thank you in advance,

    Emma

Firstly, there's no harm in asking your college which textbooks they use - they'll be pleased that you're wanting to get ahead there's lots of different textbooks available for the same exam syllabuses, so the information will be essentially the same in all of them and you'll learn the same thing, but when you start them in class it will really just depend on which textbook your school wants to use
