What are they? it's either to with xenophobia and those Europeans who resist mass immigration. Or sometimes it is to do with migrants who have different values to the West and are told to integrate......

Who came up with these values? they don't seem European values to me, or values of any people.. no other people on earth would support this suicide their countries as a value.

Multiculturalism is a sham. If it's about culture, then why encourage people to integrate and be more like us? It's really about turning Europe mixed and destroying it's native population. You can deny it but anyone with eyes can see it.

Gender equality for instance is almost unique to Europe.

    LBGT right and tolerance.

    atheism and progressive religious belief.

There are many values unique to Europe

Not sure that it can be generalised to across Europe. There are too many inter-country differences.

Essentially 'Judeo-Christian' values of: love, peace, fortitude, fraternity, tolerance, respect, dignity, justice, charity and forgiveness :jebus:

Presumably related to the equally vague "British values" Cameron keeps banging on about.

I suggest you read more about the Enlightenment and subsequent works published in Europe, some of which have since become an integral part of European society. When people talk about European values, they more or less mean secular, humanist ideas in regards to liberty, freedom, equality, free speech, equal opportunity, rule of law, social justice and democratic government.

This term is mainly used to distinguish Europe and its nations from countries which don't hold these ideas, some notable examples being Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Russia, Kazakhstan and other such nations with various human rights abuses, non-transparent and non-democratic governments and rule of man instead of rule of law.
