Full, pink lips. I've noticed that dark hair and light (by Sikh standards) skin is also a great combo.
The rest (small nose, fine bone structure) is subconscious.
Surprised by how many people have said they like a beard, here. In my experience, longer facial hair is rarely pulled off well. Most guys, myself included, look better cleanshaven or with a bit of stubble, although I'm a straight guy so I guess I see things differently.
